Individual Leadership Coaching
Our coaching programs begin with a collaboration session to set goals, with or without your own leader to advise.
This initial session is followed by bi-weekly coaching sessions, and a mid-point check-in, with or without your own leader.
After the second half of your coaching term, we will have a check-out meeting to measure progress, and this, too can be with or without your own leader.
Coaching terms (length of obligation) can be three, six, nine, or twelve months, depending on your needs.
Bronze Level
The Bronze Level program includes the initial goal-setting session, high quality bi-weekly coaching, and both a mid-term and end-term check-in session.
Three Months: $2500
Six Months: $5000
Nine Months: $7500
Twelve Months: $10,000
Silver Level
The Silver Level program gives you everything in the Bronze Level, and adds a DISC personality assessment at the beginning (if available), and tailored skill training in any of the five skills. Additionally, enjoy post-term check-ins for three months, which can be shortened coaching sessions.
Three Months: $3500
Six Months: $7000
Nine Months: $10,500
Twelve Months: $14,000
Gold Level
The Gold Level program is the height of quality. It gives you everything offered in the Silver Level (which includes Bronze Level) and up to six months of post-term check-ins.
In addition to the skill training, your coach will incorporate your organization's values as an aspect to the training period.
Finally, you'll enjoy priority scheduling, which means you can schedule sessions more often than once every two weeks, if needed, and additional calendar slots are open for your convenience.
Three Months: $4500
Six Months: $9000
Nine Months: $13,500
Twelve Months: $18,000
